Hi there, I'm Lerin Loos

As the youngest in my family, my deep sense of empathy and compassion has always defined me. I wasn’t the most popular or the loner—I was someone who could connect with anyone, building meaningful relationships. My childhood was filled with creativity and joy, embracing moments of laughter, dance, and boundless imagination.

Though not a straight-A student, my drive and determination led me to earn a degree in Special Education. Serving in the U.S. Coast Guard taught me the value of teamwork, dedication, and the importance of serving something greater than myself. Through this, I learned the true power of supporting others in times of need, as well as how to lead and follow with purpose.

In 2016, I became a partner at my architectural firm, where I continue to serve as an executive today. My journey has always been about more than career success—it’s about making a meaningful impact and supporting the growth of others. Along the way, I’ve raised two amazing boys, now in college, and learned invaluable lessons from an 18-year marriage that ultimately ended, providing an opportunity for further personal growth.

I’ve reinvented myself twice—first in my early 20s and again in my late 30s—each time deepening my understanding of who I am and how I can better serve and support those around me. I am always evolving, striving to grow, and committed to helping others reach their full potential.

Looking ahead, I see a future full of possibilities, driven by my unwavering commitment to be fully present for those I love and to lead with empathy. To me, true leadership is about creating a ripple effect of positive change, supporting the growth of all people, and inspiring others to do the same.
